Fort Worth Genomics Institute is a 501(c)(3) foundation that supports children with complex, genetically based medical conditions who have aged out of children’s hospital care and must transition to an adult care facility and provides advanced genomics-based testing to adult patients in the region.

Every dollar donated to our foundation helps provide the nursing care, social work, and case management support these children and families need as they move from pediatric care into adult care.

That support often means helping families coordinate therapies, adaptive equipment, specialist appointments, medication refills, home health recertification, and other ancillary needs that can become overwhelming during the transition. As a small, personalized clinic, we rely on philanthropy to provide this level of hands-on care coordination.
